    • Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
      • The item received is defective, damaged or near expiry(expiring with 30 days of placing order).
      • A wrong item was shipped.
      • The item is significantly different from what was prescribed on our platform.
      • The order has not been approved by the medical practitioner.
  2. Refund Knowhow:
    • Orders not approved or partially approved by medical practitioner, shall be automatically refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. In case the medical practitioner prescribes additional products, the customer needs to pay additional amount for the medicines/products.
